It is a sad fact that our teenagers are under more pressure to perform in school with the added fact that most spend their free time in front of computers or on their phones with little or no exercise.
Group sport is not meant for everyone & not everyone excels in it. Although it is very important to take part in these sports it does not always address the importance of exercise for the mind & body!
This is what makes our program so unique ~ it looks at the whole body and incorporates all aspects and skills needed for a growing teen at all ages during this period. These incl. Problem Solving / Trust / Self Esteem / Communication / Attitude & Relationships.
They used to be the extent of your emotions, with a few others occasionally appearing in special circumstances.
Now you don’t even know how you feel.
